In my practice, my central goal is to help you step into your own personal power through focusing on pillars of action that create positive change - mind, body, spirit and environment.

  • Addiction and Mental Health

    Specialist in the field of addiction (specifically drugs and alcohol). I work in my own private practice and in the past at the top treatment centers in the U.S. Recovery is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I use tailored mindfulness-based relapse prevention (MBRP) to help eliminate barriers to recovery. You can have lasting sobriety with the right mix of tools/treatment.

  • Anxiety and Depression

    Anxiety and depression are part of my specialties. Half of anxiety suffers also have symptoms of depression, and 60-70% of depression suffers have an anxiety disorder.

    They are two sides of the same coin, both requiring thoughtful consideration. We will work on developing skills for living in the present and correcting negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs.

  • Life Transitions, Change and Stress

    Life circumstance has brought unforeseen change on our daily lives. Navigating new challenges, stressors, emotions can be difficult. I can help process difficult circumstances and structure coping mechanisms to stay balanced in peak times of stress and change.

  • Divorce, Dating and Relationships

    Relationship issues? Wondering why they won't commit? Is dating a never ending cycle of meeting the wrong people or similar toxic relationship patterns?

    We'll work on taking action to identify and change negative patterns and help you step into your own personal power, self -worth and maintain healthy boundaries.

  • LGBTQ and Identity

    Extensive experience working with LGBTQ populations. I have an understanding of the unique challenges imposed by society as well as within communities. I work with clients on navigating acceptance, exploring sexuality, and processing shame. I believe in empowering people to be their authentic self.
